Charged keeps established businesses digitally up to date. We build a website that looks as trustworthy as you are, with every enquiry going straight to the right person, live in 14 days, or 10% off. Then a monthly plan keeps all of it up to date: hosting, security, changes, Google, and tools like online booking. You ask, it's done.
Do you only work with businesses in Exeter?
Exeter is home, but we work with established businesses right across Devon and the South West (Plymouth, Torquay, Barnstaple, Exmouth, Tiverton and beyond), plus remotely UK-wide. Being local means we understand your customers and your patch; the work itself is delivered wherever you are.
How does the process work?
Four steps, the same every time. A free 15-minute consultation about your business and what isn't working, where you hear the investment. Then Charlie builds your new homepage and you go through it together, before you pay anything. Then the full site, live in 14 days, or 10% off. Then a monthly plan keeps it all up to date: you ask, it's done.
How much does a website cost?
The investment for a website is £3,500, or £5,000 for FCA- and SRA-regulated firms, and it's live in 14 days, or 10% off. Then a monthly plan: Care at £95, Growth at £450 or Partner at £1,250 a month. Half the website investment is paid to start and half at launch. Prefer to spread it? Ask about paying over 12 months. No VAT to add.
Do you host and look after the site after launch?
Every client is on a monthly plan, and we only host sites we build. Care, at £95 a month, keeps it all running and changes anything you ask. Growth, at £450, also gets you found, with one improvement every month and a tool from our library included. Partner, at £1,250, makes us your whole digital team. Care and Growth have a 3 month minimum and Partner 6, then 30 days' notice.
How long does a project take?
Live in 14 days, or 10% off the build. The 14 days start once we have your photos and details, and pause for anything waiting on you, such as sign-off or access to your domain.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
You see your new homepage before you pay anything, and nothing goes live until you've signed it off. If something isn't landing right, you tell us and we refine it.
